Delivery

UK P&P is a flat rate of £1.85 (2nd class) or £2.85 (1st class) for all stickers, prints and greeting cards. It will be a flat rate of £3.45 if you order any stationery printing (where we print your own business cards/flyers etc).

P&P to the rest of the world starts at £10 and will rise depending on what/how many items you are ordering. For an exact shipping price, you can select your shipping location at the checkout and it will be calculated for you from what you have in your basket.

Please note, Love From Angie will not be held responsible for delays during transit, and customs and import taxes for orders outside of the UK will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Love From Angie products are made to order. All orders are aimed to be made and dispatched within 1-3 working days. We aim to post orders out every Tuesday and Friday (except where Friday is a bank holiday, and the dispatch day will be temporarily changed to either Thursday or Saturday)

Once your order is ready to post, it will be sent using a 1st class or 2nd class service depending on what you have chosen at the checkout. The 1st class delivery service has a 1-2 working day aim and the 2nd class service has a 2-5 working day aim with Royal Mail.

Delivery will only be made to the Shipping Address stated with your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering. Love From Angie will not be responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address given.

If an order is unable to be delivered for any reason, your postman will leave a card with you to re-arrange delivery for free or collect from your local sorting office. If your order is returned to us due to being uncollected after this, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for postage costs to re-deliver.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. You will then have a further 7 days to return your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a product is returned not in the exact same condition that it was received in, some of the original cost may be deducted in your refund to cover this accordingly.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personalised orders
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable products
  • Sale items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process, depending on your bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email lovefromangieshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. The returns address will then be given within 1-2 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item back to Love From Angie, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Proof of posting slips can be obtained from all Post Offices, and in the rare event of a return going missing, you will need this slip in order to claim back for the goods from the postal company you dealt with.

Damaged Goods

Please email lovefromangieshop@gmail.com with your order number if your order has arrived damaged during transit. Photographic evidence of both the product and packaging must be attached in the email if an order has arrived damaged in any way. Without photographic evidence of both the product and packaging, Love From Angie is unable to further resolve this matter. Upon receiving photographic evidence, the issue can be further resolved with an immediate replacement where possible.
