UK P&P starts at £1.85 and is capped at £3.45. The price of P&P depends on what items you are ordering (for example stickers are £1.85/framed prints are £3.45).
P&P to the rest of the world starts at £10 and will rise depending on what/how many items you are ordering. For an exact shipping price, you can select your shipping location at the checkout and it will be calculated for you from what you have in your basket.
The majority of products at Love From Angie are handmade to order. All orders are aimed to be made within 1-3 working days.
Once your order is ready to post, it will be sent using a 2nd Class service, usually delivered within 3 working days from dispatch, however please allow up to a week for delivery in case of postal service delays. Please note Love From Angie will not be held responsible for delays during transit.
If you need your order quicker and are in the UK, please contact me prior to making an order and we can discuss options.
Delivery will only be made to the Shipping Address stated with your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering. Love From Angie will not be responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address given.
If an order is unable to be delivered for some reason, your postman will leave a card with you to re-arrange delivery for free. If your order is returned to us due to being uncollected after this, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for postage costs to re-deliver.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to make a return. You will then have a further 7 days to return your order. If 14 days have passed since you received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a product is returned not in the exact same condition that it was received in, some of the original cost may be deducted in your refund to cover this accordingly.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Personalised orders
- Custom orders
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable products
- Sale items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can investigate this further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for returning. The returns address will then be given within 1-2 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item back to Love From Angie, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Proof of posting slips can be obtained from all Post Offices, and in the rare event of a return going missing, you will need this slip in order to claim back for the goods from the postal company you dealt with.
Please email email@example.com with your order number if your order has arrived damaged during transit. Photographic evidence of both the product and packaging must be attached in the email if an order has arrived damaged in any way. Without photographic evidence of both the product and packaging, Love From Angie is unable to further resolve this matter. Upon receiving photographic evidence, the issue can be further resolved with an immediate replacement where possible.
