How do I order?
To order, please visit my shop page and click on the listings you wish to buy, choose the necessary options i.e frame colour, foil colour, etc, select your quantity and click ‘add to basket’. If your order is a personalised one, there will be a notes section in the listing where you can leave your required personalisation. You can view and edit your basket at any time during shopping. Once checkout and payment is complete, your order will then be processed.
I’d like something personalised, can you do that?
Of course! For items that can be personalised with names and other text, you can leave this in the notes section in the item listing. Most of my items can be personalised or custom made with different colours too, so if you would like something I have already listed but tweaked slightly, please also let me know this in the notes section. If you are looking for a completely custom piece, that I don’t have listed in the shop, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will try my best to work with you for a result you are 100% happy with. When personalising an item, please double check your text for spelling mistakes.
How long will an order take to make?
Once the order has been processed, I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. This includes personalised items too, which means my turnaround times are pretty quick. This may lengthen slightly around busy times such as Christmas, but I will always state this and aim to get your order out to you ASAP.
Can I be a stockist?
